Patterson's Complete Tree Service

Unsatisfactory.

Mr. Patterson came out to give me an estimate for a tree removal on the same day I called. I was not impressed with his professionalism. His quote was about 30% higher than the other three quotes I had from other companies (all insured, as is Patterson). This doesn't bother me if there is a good reason, but when asked why the cost was so much higher he said, "Everyone on my crew speaks English." Struck me as racist. If it was something like, "All my crew is paid above-board," that would make sense, but the way he said it was bothersome. Also, he lit up a cigarette while looking at the tree and carelessly blew the smoke in my and my husband's faces.

Never returned call.

I called on Wednesday afternoon. I followed the prompts to leave a call back number. It's now Friday evening and I have never received a return call. I am rating my experiece a C instead of an F, because I'm not sure if he had a pager problem or what. I was really surprised and disappointed based on the other reports I've read on this comany. I've called another service. I'll keep you posted on that one! I'm sure this company does a great job for its customers; it just didn't work out for me.

They were very good. The charge was under $500. They were excellent. They were very professional. They were clean and left the area neat. They didn't damage the property. I would use them again in a second.

I was out of town so I arranged for them to do the work. I just got back and am looking at their work. Their work was good and I don't have any complaints. I haven't paid them yet. They did what I asked them to do. He did a good clean job and did what he said he was going to do. It was a complex job because one of the trees was overhanging the house. He came out personally for the quote in a very quick manner. He was very personable and a nice guy. I talked to him for about 30 minutes. The price was excellent and right on what I wanted it to be; I was afraid it was going to be more. He came a week ahead of schedule. He was very professional. I would absolutely use him again.

Okay. Clint Patterson is a nice guy but just get each work order itemized and not all together.

I didn't use them. I just had two guys come in and I hired the other. I felt bad about Patterson because he was very prompt in coming over here and giving me the quote. I went with the other guy because he was more experienced and had been in business longer.

I had 3 different local tree services give me a quote and Patterson's was about 30% less - which made me suspicious, but they came through and did everything they said they would, with professionalism, friendliness and even went beyond what was expected. I'd definitely recommend them.
