I was told that my computer was shutting down intermittently. Unk reason. I know it was doing that with me. I also got an error message from Norton Ghost 15.0 that my External HD was bordering on failing. I will order a new internal HD and External HD, and see if this helps my current issues with my computer.
The computer shop, and personnel made me feel like they know what they are doing. I majored in Computer Science back in 1993, and I feel like I was talking to very competent people in their field. Leslie exhibited knowledgeable answers to my questions. She was a bit long on some of her answers.
Leslie also, provided me with a quote on a new machine if an when I need or want it. She spent around one hour of her time to provide this information to me.
My current machine is over 5 years old. I will buy a new machine before Christmas. Leslie said my current machine is running fine, but some of the components are old, and may fail soon. She made many recommendations and I will respond based on the surrounding circumstances of my machine's attitude.
