Mr. Thomas made it easy for us. He took care of all the paperwork, handled all of the permits, arranged for all the inspections, and insured all utilities were marked before work began. There were lines every where. In order to safely bypass some of the utilities, his crew even hand dug some of the trenches. There were only two things that we would change. First, we should have made sure there was a place for them to park besides on the road. Second, they did not have a truck to haul off the dirt. However, they did offer to load the dirt onto a third party truck but we decided to just keep all of it. The system works great and that is the most important thing.
