Their customer service is excellent. When you call them, they are pleasant and helpful. He is honest with you. He will tell you exactly what the problem is, and he will tell you if it can or cannot be fixed.

I first contacted his service and hot his wife on the phone. I told her what I thought the problem was and she had him within the hour. She was very pleasant to deal with. When he arrived, he checked out the heater and found the problem. He fixed the problem. He waived the service call fee. This was a nice treat. I would highly recommend him.
