Martin Bueno was fairly quick to respond to my initial request for a quote. He came out, looked at our property and said he would get back with us with a proper quote in a few days, which he did. It was not the cheapest, but it was also far from being the most expensive. It was a completely fair price and he stuck to that price 100%. He and 2 other guys showed up and in a matter of 2 days had this job completely done. I've done foundation work before and I can tell you I have not worked with a crew that could have got the job done that they did in 2 days. The quality was the best I've ever seen in foundation work. He and the other 2 on his crew were as professional as they come and left the site completely clean when they were done. He came back for a smaller, separate job here a year or 2 later with the same expectations and same results. Any foundation work than any done in the future will be done through Martin Bueno. No question. I wish all contractors had his work ethic and standards for quality.

Martin Bueno's services are always in high demand. When I called him, his waiting list was about 8 months. I ended up hiring someone else to do the work rather than wait. I wish I would have waited for Bueno. The first company I hired did a pretty bad job and took several weeks to complete the work. When the house started having issues again a year later, I called Martin Bueno again. He came right out and immediately could tell me all of the things he would have done differently. This time, I waited the six months for him to be available. Once the wait was over, he came out with a crew of several guys and got the repair done in just a few days. Amazing. He came back out to make adjustments on warranty once and did a terrific job. I trust him exclusively now.

We received a quote for foundation leveling in May 2016 from Martin Bueno at Bueno Construction. We let him know in June that we wanted to have the work done. He said that he had quite a few jobs lined up and that he would try and work it in as it was not a big job. After two months of waiting and no word, we called back and asked if he would be able to do the job and he left a message letting us know that he was still pretty booked up. Here it is three months later and still no follow up or commitment to do the work. It is obvious that Bueno is a small time operation that is cherry picking the jobs they want at the expense and inconvenience of their patrons. If my Bueno would have just stated that he was not interested in the job we could have find another provider. Instead we have been promised that he would work us in but never been taken care of. We called a reputable and professional provider who has provided a quote and has us on a schedule for the job to be completed. My Spanish is not that great but our experience with Martin has not been "Bueno".

Bueno construction is a small family operated company. I was delighted with the quality of his work and his work ethic. He has a long waiting list and is usually backed up 6 months in advance, but we waited and it was worth it. His references are impeccable.
Martin gave me an original quote based on the amount of work he thought he would be doing. Once he got to the house it was in much worse shape than he could tell originally because much of the damage was hidden by the house skirting. The extra work was not optional, it had to be done, my beams were totally rotted. Despite a tremendous amount of extra work the final bill was not excessively more.
Martin was extremely prompt, did not waste a minute of time, and worked long days for me. Nevertheless the job was done in about 4 days. Everything he did was professional and high quality. Other construction people who have seen his work were impressed.

He was thorough and he knows what he's doing. His repairs have a warranty. When he walked into this house he went straight to the problem. It was like a magnet and I could feel that he honestly knew what the problem was. He was very thorough, went under my house and he didn't mind getting dirty and uncomfortable to check out my house. He says let's do the job that is required.

martin call me this morining told me he had a cancelation . i told him to come on that i would be home. he was at my house in about 20 min.s martin and crew went to work as soon as they arrived . martin explained to me step by step the process, he was very professional and explained each step in the process. martin was working in and under my house and was thoughfull to wear clothes and shoe covers as to not to bring dirt in to the house.

They were very professional and very easy work for with. He was very timely. He didn't waste time when he got here. I highly recommend them.
