Home Owner: Gonzales, J.M. Contract: Bousquet, Jim, Legal Registered Office / Registered Agent of BOUSQUET CONSTRUCTION LLC Over all experience Horrible. Would never recommend. Issues: 1. Very poor craftsmanship. 2. Considered job completed when parts of the job had not been attempt to be fixed. He did not do a thorough follow up when completed with home owner 3. Extremely slow to comply with insurance company’s request and requirements. Took multiple requests by insurance agency over a couple of months time 4. After multiple attempts to be contacted by my wife, would not return calls or text. 5. Work that has been deemed satisfactory was all attempted more than once, but not all work has been done to satisfactory standard. 6. Exterior stucco work was attempted on 3 occasions and is visibly appalling. 7. Has failed to make any other attempts to correct the horrible exterior stucco work. 8. Left exterior work area littered with masonry chunks and debris. 9. Posted photos of the dreadful work on his construction work Facebook page as completed work. Recommendation to others: 1. Do not hire this person. 2. Do not pay this person in full prior to all work being done to standard. 3. Do not expect quality craftsmanship. 4. Do not expect professionalism!!!
