Todd can build a very good fence. I hope that he has gotten better at bidding a job. He underbid my job by quite a bit and complained about it to me from almost day one. He continually tried to get out of doing parts of the job he had bid (clearing) and asked for money at times we hadn't agreed upon (1/2 up front, 1/2 when you finish). I was lucky that I had written up a contract spelling out exactly what we had agreed on. Like I said, he does great work, I'm just not sure it was worth all the griping and complaining I had to listen to. At one point, I was driving in my truck while listening to Todd yell at me on speaker phone about how unfair this job was, and had to hang up on him when he started using inappropriate language (my kids were in the truck with me). Hopefully he has gotten better at bidding work.

Todd Lee was prompt, courteous and met his commitments. The project was done even quicker than expected and he asked the right questions to complete the project efficiently and within budget.

I was very satisfied with the product of my fence. It was built exactly described and turned out as well as I imagined it would and the price was more than reasonable for the labor and materials provided. Highly recommend RGH.

Vinyl or PVC Fence - Install
Aug 18 agreement on fence. He showed up 9/14 at 11:00. Hardly any contact with the contractor after he took downpayment .He was at my house 14, 16-17th. He said the project was complete. I came home and was very upset with the project. I had no door handle,water sprinkler was buried,large holes were not filled in, debris left all over yard and I didnot have 3 rails as promised. I emailed RGH and was told I was wrong he didnot agree to 3 rails, the holes werent that big and no debris left. He emailed me he wanted to meet on Saturday and didnt show up. Sent me nasty email it was his day with his family. He finished progect 9/24 6 weeks later.

"Customer was told start date would be approx. 2 wks. from original meeting due to busy schedule. E-mailed customer many times to inform of status also had some rain delays. Bid job for two rail fence, signed contract did not state three rails. I came out of pocket for additional material to satisfy customer. There was a pushed over sprinkler head but pushed it back upright in a matter of seconds. There was no debris left in yard and no large holes. I completed job in three days, customer knew of start delay from day one. Fortunately, in 9 yrs. I have only had her and one other complain. You cant please everyone but I try."
