Rob Russel failed in the following matters: Roofing looked professional but leaked on first rain. Continued leaking in two areas for several months after wards until fixed. Rob didn't remove and replace multiple important areas of rotted wood per contract - but did paint over the old rotted wood. He further did not caulk all siding per contract (I had to do this all around the home because he would not return calls). He vacated the site with work not completed (but paid for). He never finished stucco repair. He left building materials laying on site (wood, fiber-board and old gutters). He refused to answer phone calls, emails and even snail mail. I personally fixed/finished much of what he did not do (including wood-work on the 2nd-story roof areas) and another contractor was sent by Rob to fix the leaking roof more than two months later (with much rain). My mistake was to pay Rob too early and before the work was done.
