I'll start with the good. The doors work. We special ordered very nice doors for the front and rear of our home. We purchased the wood for the trim and other installation supplies as recommended by Mr. King. He is a nice man, very laid back. He returned my calls, and the team showed up on time on the scheduled days. The problem came at the end, when the finishing trim work was being completed. There were a number of problems. The beautiful edges of the new doors were gouged to put in the hardware. The outside trim was poorly finished. Surprisingly, they didn't do a single miter joint on any of the trim work; it was all straight cuts. Inside, the wood trim was bowing out strangely and I found that they had hammered it into place, but that the trim was cut improperly and would never really stay put. I removed the trim, cut it and then nailed it back up. I spent time patching, tweaking and working with the outside and inside trim work to make it look presentable. Their business card indicates they specialize in "trim" and maybe for big jobs, they apply a bit more care to the task.
