Appointments were kept at scheduled times, and the work was done efficiently and quickly. The area that was treated was left in the condition in which it was found before treatment. I would definitely use their services again. There was no pressure to use any of their other services. Very professional.

This was such an awesome experience. I thought I had termites, called Hired Killers and scheduled an appointment for two business days hence. The representative was on time, knowledgeable, thorough and honest. He determined that I did not have termites and did not try to sell me unnecessary termite treatment. I highly recommend this company.

On time and completed the work as needed. Very good about making suggestions on how to better create barriers in and around our home. We have a couple acres of land in the Hill Country, so the critters are abundant.

They were great - timely and professional.  No complaints here!

The employee who performed the service was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, polite and considerate.  He explained what he was doing, provided useful information about insect behavior, and performed his task quietly and expertly.

Well, I have to say that I am impressed. Hired Killers had one of their best guys (Ty) come out and give me an estimate for termite treatment (currently unnecessary per expert) and assess what was living in my attic for free. I had them come out and place a trap and although nothing was caught, I have not heard the critter since. I also signed up for inspect extermination treatments, administered by Jeremy. This too was a good experience. All of this was very worthwhile to give my wife and me peace of mind. Hired Killers are friendly, professional, prompt and responsive. I give them an A+

I just purchased a home and needed to get it exterminated. The personnel at Hired Killers are very professional and thorough from the person who schedules your service to the technician who performs the service.   The technician was prompt, dressed in a uniform, friendly, articulate and very knowledgeable about what he would be doing and the benefits the service would provide.  He explained every item on the invoice which lists: the chemicals used, the pests that are targeted,any special instructions and the treatment provided. I am very impressed and thankful that Wimberley has Hired Killers - I have no doubt they will take excellent care of my house and yard.

They do a great job.  There are lots of bugs in Texas!

Office called several days prior to confirm appt, tech showed up on time--professionally dressed & ready to work. Service performed quickly & with minimal interruption to my activities.

Very efficient, professional. Set up appt. thru office--Rebecca was very pleasant. Ty came out an inspected next day, set up treatment appt for a few days later.  Technician was professional in dress and manner. He was running a little late, but called to let me know. Will use them again as needed.

I like this company. They are very easy to work with and very thorough. They use more natural based treatments and I would recommend them.
