The crew showed up on time and worked until they got the job done.  They were very professional and we would be happy to have them come back if we had any more work.

Fernando and team did some storm damage repairs in our home a few months back, including take down and replacement of drywall, demolition of an existing wall and building back up, retexturing to match the existing texture (uncommon texture type), and repainting. Used about 15 gallons of paint, to give an idea of the size of the room. Fernando and team did an excellent job. They were professional from the start, were prompt in coming and assessing the work, prompt in giving an estimate. Prompt in starting the work, and prompt in completing the work. Extremely reasonable in their $ estimate. Extremely professional in every way and they do AWESOME work. Hands down THE best group of men I have ever hired for any home project I have ever had. I have recommended Fernando to anyone and everyone I talk to, many who have since used him and have also thought he was wonderful for all the same reasons. Can't wait to have him start on the million other projects we have. Wish I would have found these guys years ago and saved A LOT of headaches.

An experience that I was dreading went exceptionally well. Mr. Lopez and crew removed furniture and appliances from 4 rooms. All materials from old floor were removed and disposed of as job progressed. No piles of junk left behind! I'd hired an electrician to wire new appliances. What a joke! (I asked him to leave my property and not return!) $$$$$$$$ later, Mr. Lopez not only laid tile on an uneven, old cement slab that is now perfectly even and flat, but also installed new appliances and made certain that everything was ready to use immediately. I have called Mr. Lopez for a couple of other projects and he has responded quickly and with a fair price. I will continue to call Fernando when I need help. He is not only exceptional at his craft but also timely and trustworthy. Unusual traits in today's world.

He's an all round handyman. He's excellent. He's reasonably priced and fast to an extent that one can possibly imagine. He's very good. He does tile, carpentry, stucco, roofing and pretty much anything that's construction related. He's an excellent tile guy. He did almost 600 sq ft and he charged about $3 a sq ft. However, he reset a brand new toilet, hooked up a dishwasher and moved the appliances under the same bill. Everybody that works for him is a family. In fact, he even said that everybody who works for him is a family and that way he wouldn't have any lazy ones. I just find him to be very honest and when he quotes a price that's were it stays. I am sure if he ran into something extra ordinary he might charge one a little bit, but probably he would talk to them first. He has stuck to every quote that he has given me. One can probably find somebody a little bit cheaper, but I don't know that the quality would be there. I'm planning on using him again in the future.
