From first contact through final installation the customer service was excellent. After researching wireless internet providers servicing my area, I chose Anvil as it had the highest rating. However, they were not yet able to provide service,but said they were expanding and would let me know when they could provide service. About a week later Anvil called me as said they could now provide service to my area. After working through the details of what was involved to establish service, a date for installation was scheduled. During the install, the technician was excellent! He arrived on schedule, explained what he needed to do and reviewed my setup for internet. He went about his work quickly and efficiently, checked my wiring and recommended a different router that would allow me to accomplished how I wanted wired internet connections to other rooms in the house. He didn't have the router with him at the time so he finished up the install, confirmed I had connectivity, and said he would call to let me know when he could return to set up the router. He called later that day and said he had the router and was back within 2 hours to finalized the setup. Overall, I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the technician and the excellent customer service and follow-up from the business office. I would highly recommend Anvil Communications.

I've had them for at least 2 years.  I spend about $150 every 3 months.  I pay about $50 an hour for them to come out and repair things for me.  Their service is great.  As far as my internet connection goes, it's excellent.  I like the people there.  Sometimes they all give me a call before I call them to let me know that something is going on.  It's a really good service.  Their quality is perfect.  I would continue to use them for sure.
