The breakers are hard to find. They were able to locate breakers and completed the job in less than three hours(including travel time).

After calling another local electrical company with a 2 week lead time and a no show, I called King Electric. They were very courteous and customer service oriented. I was told that it probably would be the end of the following week before they could schedule me in. Then also informed that if someone wanted to work over on Saturday and if I was available, they might be able to get to it on earlier. Was told I would get a call the following morning before noon. I received an 8am call that someone was available for Saturday. After the appointment was made, timing was prompt. The serviceman was polite and thorough. He had to order a couple of parts and gave me Thursday as a return to complete date. He called Wednesday to set up a time on Thursday. Again prompt, professional and courteous. He did a great job of cleaning up any mess he made during the repair. The price compared to other local companies, so was fine. It was a flat by the hour rate for the jobs carried out. I would call King Electric for any future electrical problems.

Service tech was right on time, friendly, and fixed our problem quickly. Our A/C went out and they had to replace our thermostat and do some work on the actual a/c unit, plus we needed Freon.
