The personal were very professional. Let me know exactly what was going on for each steps so I would understand it. Chopped up the wood for me and placed it where I wanted it for my fireplace. I would definitely use this company again.

This was an awesome sight to see! In a little less than two an a half days, our lot looks fantastic! The brush, dead trees and and crowded saplings were chewed to bits and are now a nice mulch on the ground which will soon be enriching the soil. They preserved any trees we wanted and did not remove any of the hardwood trees, small or large, that were alive. The remaining trees were trimmed to a height of at least eight feet and they removed the briars from the remaining trees as high as they were able to reach. They also had a chipper for larger dead tree debris. We had only one tree that was too large to mulch or chip so they cut and nicely stacked the wood. They were very accommodating in our request to leave an outer layer of shrubs and trees around the property to preserve both our and our neighbor's privacy. Additionally, we had already built our home on this lot and had some recently installed lawn grass up to the wild portion of the lot. Neither our existing grass nor our sprinklers were damaged in any way during this process.
I have attached a before and after picture of one area (these are of the exact same area) as an example of their work. We are very pleased and highly recommend Cunningham’s Brush and Land Clearing. Should the need arise, we'd definitely hire them again.

I have 7 acres where the front 1.5 acres looked like the previous posters land. It too looked like Jurassic Park with brier patches 8 feet high, 2 inch vines, poison ivy, and scrub brush so thick that we couldn't walk or see 3/4 of that 1.5 acres of the property. Elbert's guys came out and in a day and a half were finished. It was easy to work with Elbert. Since we wanted to keep the big trees, Elbert suggested cleaning out trees 4 inches or smaller. His guys are knowledgeable about trees and kept good hardwood trees smaller than 4 inches without me having to say anything. They also trimmed the trees up off the ground so we could walk under them. The property went from 25% usable to 100% usable in 1.5 days. Excellent job! I will definitely hire them to do another 3 acres on the back side of our property.

They finished up this week, part of their equipment was in the shop so they came out and did part of it then came back out to finish it. They always checked in with me, they were polite and professional - I liked that. I didn't like having to wait for the equipment but I guess that was unavoidable.

I had 1.5 acres in Dallas that was overgrown for decades. It looked like Jerassic Park with brier patches waist high and 2" vines hanging from the 30' trees. There may have been poision ivy there as well. I had several people bid on the job at more than twice the price to cut it and hall it away saying it could take weeks. Elbert's specialized machine and crew took care of it in 3 days. His machine was amazing as it was able to "mow over" trees that were up to 7" thick and convert the trees and bush into a organic mulch ecologically returned nutrients back into the grown. It looked like beautiful wooded forest when he was done. There was no mess or fire. He took away all the barb wire and cleaned up a lot of the junk His crew trimed the low lying branches. He was able to leave the trees that were 8" and greater and he left no stumps. He was knowledgeable about the arbor codes for certain cities from experience. What a great company. I am thinking of having him fence the property as I hear he also does that.
