Sundance did great! They were prompt, they finished in a timely manner, and the windows look great! They replaced some windows that were textured. The new ones allow so much light to come in! But they also keep the rooms cool in the TX summers! Very pleased with them, and would use them again if we had any more windows needing replacing!

The service was exceptional all around. Patrick was quick to respond, and was very informative. The no-pressure sales pitch was focused on educating me about windows in order to make an informed decision. The windows were ready to be installed within two weeks of ordering which was sooner than originally expected. The installation crew consisted of two men. One was a seasoned installer, and the other equated to a journeyman helper. Both were quick and professional, and they were very friendly to me and my children. They did the job efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. It's been five months since installation, and the windows do not leak air or water at all. My experience with Sundance and Patrick was pleasant. I will continue doing business with them when i am able to replace more windows in the future.
