checked out indoor and outdoor units. determined that we were a couple of pounds low on refrigerant. added refrigerant and ran system through a complete cycle. easy to schedule - arrived on time - professional and courteous.

I have used Key for quite a while now so I am very, very happy with them. They are very professional and their charges are very reasonable. I do not recall a charge for this particular visit but I am sure it was fair. I have no complaints with them at all. The people are very good and like I said, I use them all the time.

WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE REPAIRED A SHORT IN THE THERMOSTAT WIRES IN BOTH THE UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS UNITS AND ALSO ADDED FREON TO BOTH UNITS. AFTER THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED, THE COMPANY CLAIMED THAT BOTH UNITS WERE WORKING PROPERLY. HOWEVER, EIGHT WEEKS LATER, THE UNIT UPSTAIRS WAS NOT BLOWING COLD AIR AT ALL. OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY SENT OUT A DIFFERENT AC COMPANY AND UPON INSPECTION SAID THAT IT WAS OUT OF FREON AND COMPLETELY UNSERVICEABLE. IT HAD TO BE REPLACED.
