Avoid this company at all costs. They took 50% of the payment before even starting work, then proceeded to lay pavers directly on top of my grass?without any ground preparation or leveling. They even put turf in between the pavers, showing a complete lack of skill or understanding of proper installation. Every single paver was uneven, wobbly, and unsafe to walk on. Instead of fixing the issues, they pretended the job was complete and immediately demanded the remaining 50% payment. When I insisted they finish the work properly, they refused and threatened legal action if I didn?t pay up. This was a costly and frustrating experience. They do not know what they are doing, and they rely on intimidation tactics to collect payment for substandard work.

There was communication before I made a payment of $3000, which was supposed to be the 45% of the total cost of the project. Thereafter, no one from Herba turf reached out to me. I tried to reach to ask about the start date but they keep giving me excuses. If I don't call or message them, no one is reaching out to me. The start date was supposed to be April 21 but they keep failing until now with the project not started. I asked them if they cannot do the job, they should refund my full $3000. They did not even apologized and offer a better resolution, their boss replied that they will charge me $1500 if I cancel the contract. This company is a scam.
