they came out to my house to do mitigation (water cleanup ) they left all the insulation under the house they were supposed to remove. they covered up my heating and ac vents with plywood they placed on floor. they did not remove wood under the water heater and air conditioning units they were supposed to. they left rugs that were ripped out of the house earlier out on the lawn instead of cleaning them up they wont write up estimates for rebuild they just say they will and there is always something in front of it i have waited 9 months on this.

They were very professional and kind. The pipes burst just as our large extended family was visiting. Desnekka was thorough, but unobtrusive. I appreciated that she was willing to explain the details of what needed to be done multiple times. When your house has been damaged in ways that you’ve never experienced before, that’s important. And she was great at conveying information to various insurance people. Bub , the guy who was in charge of taking out anything that couldn’t be saved, managed to save my quartz countertop even though he had to remove the lower kitchen cabinets. Everyone I worked with was thorough and professional.

They worked with my insurance company. They sent measurements and pictures and got permission before they took out the cabinets. They were nice and friendly and I enjoyed having them in my house.
Description of Work: Had a water leak under my sink that caused damage. They took the sink out. The water had gotten under the tile in the kitchen. They brought drying equipment in for about 5 days to dry things out. They saved the kitchen floor, but all of the bottom cabinets had to come out and be replaced. They were very helpful and thorough and packed everything under the cabinets before they started.

They went above and beyond there job to get us taken care of. A Raccoon ate through our church roof and got into the attic. Not only did they fix the hole cleaned all the watermarks from the walls they cleaned up the attic of all Raccoon mess that had collect. They were prompt and very professional and conscientious to their surroundings (There is a daycare at the church and they made sure they stayed clear of the children)
Description of Work: fix hole where water was coming in cleaned water damage on the walls pulled back carpet dried it and reapplied. Small drywall patchwork

All went very well! Shane, the owner, and Desnekka began setting up numerous fans, dehumidifiers, and other equipment. Besides being very professional and knowledgeable, they always left the work areas clean. They came out every day for the next 4 - 5 days (even on Saturday and Sunday) to check progress and move fans around. They were always on time, worked around my schedule, and were very personable. Desnekka even came when the adjuster was here to answer any questions he may have. In reality, they made the whole process a pleasant experience. They work directly with your insurance company for payment so one less thing to worry about. Restoration 1 (in Conroe) went above and beyond and I highly recommend them. Description of Work: We had water damage from two hot water heaters in the attic overflowing which caused water to pour out through a can light downstairs. Water also began seeping through the walls and woodwork in the family room and kitchen. It was a mess and besides the damage, we were very concerned about possible mold growth if things weren't taken care of properly. Desnekka, a consultant with Restoration 1 came to give a free consultation almost immediately after I called. She used special equipment to gage the amount of moisture inside the walls and under my kitchen floor which was already buckling. She took pictures of everything to document it all for the insurance company. After explaining the process in detail and answering a million questions we had, they were hired! They started right away.
