Great, they were able to handle it on the spot.  Mike mentioned that it may need a followup treatment in 7 days or so which I would have completely forgotten about -- but Tammie called me this morning to remind me to check for them in 5 days so they could put me back on the schedule for a followup call if it is necessary.  They are a great company and I highly -- highly -- recommend their yard treatment for fire ants.  I had it done June or July of 2013 and haven't seen a bed of them since.  You know how hard it is to keep them under control when you only treat one bed at a time when they show up!
My mother-in-law used Reed's pest control for years and years and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Showed up on time. Very thorough, fast, and professional. Pricing was for 'initial'/'new' customer. If sprayed again within 3 months the price is lower. A standard practice to keep business consistent.
The guy took time to answer my questions, of which I had many, and never was anything less than professional. Very knowledgeable, I never felt like he was giving me a less than honest/informed answer.

They are always prompt and they do everything they say. I have continued to use them because their services work.

They have to come to my place about every 3 months in the spring and summer and every 4 months in the fall and winter. I will use them again for sure!

We are very happy with them. They are probably due to come out any time now. They are not cheap. They are dependable. If you have a problem, you can call them back. They will come back out and re-spray. They don't charge you for that. They come when they say they are going to come. The technicians who come out are very polite. I am very pleased with them. We have been using them for about three or four years now and we would use their services in the future too. I have used other companies in the past and I was really happy when I switched to Reed's Pest Control.

I have been doing business with these guys for years, ever since I moved to the North Houston area. Their prices have been consistent over the years, but this last time they charged me a $25 fee over and above their usual price. When I asked I was told the price would drop when I became a more consistent customer, with regular service dates. A statement like that just angers me greatly as a consumer. I want providers that charge fees based on materials used and man hours worked. I refuse to be charged fees based on some status I have or don't have as a customer. The worst part is they are the ones that told me to stop spraying the house for awhile until my newborn gets a little older. Can you believe that? They charged me a fee, based on an arbitrary customer status, that was the result of advice they gave me on how best to protect my child. And these people claim to be Christian. This is a ridiculous business practice and I won't do business with them again!!!
