Called last night at 5pm. He met me at his shop at 9:30 this morning and was done by 10:00, Nice people. Responsive. And, he was able to reuse some material that he had on hand. Next glass project. I'm calling P&A.

It went great. This is the second time I have used them. They were very professional and they always offer alternatives. They work quickly and have reasonable.

Fantastic.  Business on a handshake, payment on delivery.  Price was very competitive, and the glass was ready in about a week.  Installed promptly when ready.  Looks great.  Left extra trim pieces so we have spares when these wear out.

He is professional and the work was done in a timely fashion.  After not receiving calls back from other shower door companies, I was pleased at his courteous return of phone calls and his efforts to meet our time frames.  His price was very fair for the work done.  Our new shower looks great, and the glass is beautiful!  I would not hesitate to use him again for any glass-related project.

Within a week, they delivered the glass to me at home, after hours since I don't get home from work until late.  I really appreciated their willingness to work within my timeframes and that they delivered exactly what I had ordered at a fair price.

I called P&A to get an estimate on having glass installed in my newly tiled tub surround. He took down the information and told me he would call back in 30 minutes with an estimate.  He called back with that time frame with a price and agreed to come to the house the next day to take a look and do measurements. They showed up on time, took measurements and eased my concerns about the glass not withstanding teenage boys rough daily use. He said it would take about 8 days to have the glass made. They returned within that time frame and did an excellent job on the install. The had to cut some pencil molding in the tile out to make the glass flush with the wall and it is prefect!  This was the only glass company that returned my phone call right away and did everything they said they would do. The cost was fair and the service excellent. I will use them again when we remodel our master bath.

I needed to remove two very large bathroom mirrors that were firmly affixed to the walls.  When I called for an estimate, Ardy was courteous and accommodating. He thoroughly covered all aspects and potential pitfalls of the project I was requesting and gave me a very reasonable estimate.  After scheduling the job, Ardy kept in communication until he and his assistant arrived.  Although the mirrors could easily have presented problems in their removal, the job was completed quickly and professionally with no breakage or problems.  He even offered to help remove what adhesive was left behind, although it was not a part of the original agreement.  I found him to be friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.  I will certainly consider P&A Glass and Mirror for any future requirements or projects.

Ardy Stagg, the owner, and his helpers were polite, professional, conscientious, and honest. He had to order a part and wait for it, so it took to visits to complete the window job. He didn't request any money until the job was complete. He gave me a few tips about window care as well. (Power washing can ruin the seals.) I was very pleased with the work.

Ardy was incredibly professional to deal with.  He was able to give me a preliminary estimate over the phone and was able to come to our home within a few days to take measurements.  He installed the new shower surround within a week of ordering material, and the actual installation went quickly and was very well done.  He was always available by phone, always courteous, and he did an exceptional job.  We highly recommend him.

They installed 5 windows in the back of my house on time and a very reasonable price.

Came and replaced window exactly when he said he would.  Looked at seals and just adjusted them, told me they didn't need to be replaced!

The entire experience was excellent.

It only took two days to complete the project. Ardy's fair, reliable, and does good work.
