+ -1 moreMichael brings ideas to the table and not to just "upsell". ? He has a good taste and suggestions of what is current ? He was "hands on" with many parts of the remodel ? He is a perfectionist and I watched him ask the person floating a wall to make improvements before he would present it to us. ? He suggested ways to save money and get more bang for the buck.
Description of Work: Michael Schafer changed the architecture of the front of the house from a Mexican home with arched windows to a updated contemporary home. He also remodeled our kitchen and main bathroom. Years ago Michael Schafer gutted and remodeled my entire condo. It looked award winning.
