On the day he was scheduled to clean, he did not only show up on time but he showed up early and he called ahead to make sure that I was there.  Such a great way to start off with a new client.  What I loved was that he took the time to once again explain to me what he was going to do and what his different tools were used for.  He also took the time to protect our furniture and provide his rational behind the steps he was taking to do so.  He did an awesome job cleaning the carpets and he took his time with each room, which is a testament in itself to the qualify of work that was performed.  After all of the carpets were cleaned we did another walk through and I have to say that I was literally blown away by the difference that the carpets looked.  I was expecting them to be just marginally better but they practically looked brand new.  We have hired companies before that sent out two guys and their work was no where near as good as ER Carpet Cleaning.  I would definitely hire this company again and I have already recommended them to other neighbors and friends.
