We were very pleased with Ken's and his helper's work.  They came to the house on time and started immediately.  He was professional (didn't waste time shooting the breeze).  He did the job quickly and thoroughly.  We have hardwood floors by the large windows looking out to the lake; he was careful not to scrape the floors.  After the job was done, I did a walk-through to check each window - all the screens were clean, the windows were clear, and I didn't have to ask for any redo work.  Regarding price, we got quotes and Ken's price was reasonable.   I give him an A+.  We'll definitely have him come back for future window cleaning and would recommend him to others.

This is now the 3rd time I've used Brite Way (owner Ken Rogers) to clean windows.  He called me to schedule the window cleaning.  He showed up on time (as usual) and was very quick about it.  This time he had a partner with him as well.  They did a great job both inside and out.  There was some minor paint on the outside since I just had the house painted.  They removed any paint splotches from the windows.  
I would highly recommend Ken Rogers and will continue to use him.

I got Ken Rogers (owner of Brite Way Window Service) name from a friend of mine who was very happy with him and had used him for several years. So I called him and he came out and quoted the window washing on my house (1 story house).  The quote was very reasonable.  He was punctual and came with an outstanding reference.  So had him do the window cleaning.  I found him to be very good, with excellent attention to detail.  I have cats and he was very conscientious about letting me know what rooms he was working in so I could lock up the cats to keep them from getting out. He was very careful on removing any items in front of the windows (I have lots of delicate breakables).  He did not always put items back (but his price is quite reasonable and he is very good, so to me, this is not a big deal).  He calls me back every 3 months and comes out to wash my windows.  This was the 3rd time he had cleaned my windows.  I highly recommend him, and I will continue to use his services.
