"The customer agreed to our pricing before our highly trained technicians began the installation. The installation was quick and functioned exactly as expected. Once completed, the customer was quick to pay and did not mention a problem with our price. He sent prices of pumps online to compare. Our pricing includes diagnostics, delivery, installation by TDLR licensed pump installers. It's hard enough to make a living without ungrateful customers giving 1 stars for stellar work. Furthermore, the customer never called to discuss a solution."
