Lost large shelf to office furniture
Dented and scratched a double door refrigerator. Can't sell it now.
Warped a door on the freezer. Since I have apparently reset the hinges.
Dented an old refrigerator that we use for the garage.

Did not remove drawers from any furniture before moving, as the owner said they would. Clothing in a mess
Moved refrigerator with contents in place. What a mess.
Moved freezer with contents in place. Everything shifted to one side and apparently door. I told them I was leaving to get some insulated boxes only to return and find the refrigerator and freezer loaded.
Needed an extra trailer. At that point we were committed to continue. Owner quoted only one trailer would be needed. Things were loaded very loose.
Owner never showed even after I asked them to call him.
These were a bunch of unsupervised laborers that were uncoordinated. Our furniture and belongings were handled very unprofessionally.
Keep them on your list and you are asking for problems. Go to your cell phone and Google them and see some of the comments. I thought they had moved me before but not know it was not them, what a terrible mistake.
