The roofing materials were delivered the day before installation so every thing was on hand when they showed up to work. After tear down they replaced several decking boards that were bad, installed the felt, shingles, flashing and vents. Afterwards they did a good job on cleaning up any mess that they made.
I would not recommend getting braces installed to take out the roof sag as it does not correct the problem completely and it puts stress on the joists of your ceiling and can cause them to bow.
I will use Wichita Roofing again in the future as their quality of work is as good as others I have used and their price was about 10% less than 2 other quotes i received to do the job.

Job completed in one day on 2000 sq/ft home. The roof looks awesome and the price was fair and equitable for both parties.
