Excellent...provided responsible recommendations...Outstanding service...woulf highly recommend.

My husband spoke with the serviceman about what we wanted to have done. The serviceman was very polite, professional, & honest. He told my husband that he couldn't "re-key" the locks on the overhead doors, but he could make us keys so that we could lock them. He did say that he could re-key the apartment knob. However, once he began working on it, it wouldn't come apart. So he had to install a new knob, which was fine because he did exactly what we needed him to do - secure our shop apartment. His work was outstanding, quick, and efficient; we also appreciate the honesty & courteousness from the very 1st phone call until they left our property. Great job, Wichita Lock & Key!!!

I came in with an odd key to a storage cabinet system. They quickly made two copies of the key; each works perfectly.

They arrived on time and worked with the installers of the new door. They did a great job.

My back door lock jammed shut and I couldn't open it. I called them and he was out within the hour, fixed it and it was responsible priced. Great job

We were trying to get a key made. We had gone to competitors, and both of those keys didn't work on the door. We gave them the original key, and they made a key that worked perfectly fine. They are really nice guys. They don't sit there and try to screw you over, basically.

My car was in shop for repairs and I had a rental car. I was shopping at Sams club and discovered that I had locked the keys in the rental. I called Enterprise, where i had rented the car. They could not unlock car. They recommended that I call a locksmith. I contacted 2 other locksmiths who were unavailable to help. When I called Ricky at Wichita lockand key, he told me he would be there in approx 10 min. He showed up as promised in less than 10 min. I was back in rental car very quickly. Awesome service, provided service as stated.
