They are excellent. They have awesome customer service and they are very easy to work with.

Salesman Darrell was very helpful and patient and answered our many questions sending us home with good sized samples to review. During our two days of installation, the crew moved the large furniture, removed the1970's era carpet and replaced with new. They were very quick about getting things done and explained things like seam placement and the equipment used. They were thorough when cleaning the floors both before and after installation as well as cleaning up all the old carpet and hauling it off.

They have wonderful customer service and wonderful products. They clean up after themselves and did a great job for me.
