Response from TOTAL LAWN CARE
"Contrary to the customers claims, they have not been a full service customer for 2 years. They requested service starting the last part of May 2014, at which time they received lawn applications for both their front and back lawn. At their request, we contacted them each time, prior to scheduled applications. The customer elected not to have all of the recommended applications as a full service customer, but did contact us at the beginning of 2015, to resume service for their front lawn only. After making 2 applications, the customer called with concerns that a portion of their lawn had not been covered. After visiting and reassuring the customer that there had been full coverage, we did return and reapply to the concerned area. The customer claimed that they were recharged for the reapplication, when in reality, we gave them a $10.00 discount on their $34.50 invoice! ALL of our applications are made using a marker dye, mostly for our benefit, but also to benefit our customers. We feel this gives our customers a visual piece of mind, that they do not have to guess if we have made a comprehensive application to their lawn. We pride ourselves in our work and customer service and hope that any customer would feel free to contact us with any concerns."

They came 2 months ago and sprayed to kill weeds and grass, and missed about 1/2 of the yard ,you could see where they did kill grass where they sprayed. I called them back after 3 weeks they came resprayed and recharged me for a very poor job to begin with,still didnt kill the grass and weeks. I called another lawn care co they came and did a beautiful job first time,TOTAL LAWN CARE is not good at all, my neighbors also quit using them same reason

My yard is full of weeds. The weed killer they use does not work! My lawn looks much better when I do it myself.

They are doing a year-long lawn care. They put pre-emergents down the last month. They will come next month and put something else on the lawn. It has been really good.
