I have used him ever since I moved into the house. He is very professional and is a really nice man; I feel very comfortable having him work on my house. He never leaves a mess and always goes above and beyond. We had to wait for a motor to come in then he had to be out of town because of an illness with a relative but he kept us up to date on the status of where our part was and would have come back to finish if we needed him; which we did not. We own an older home and have two air conditioners and two heaters; both have gone out and he always calls us back the same day we call. He is always at our house for service within 24 hours after our call. I will not use anybody else.
