 + -1 moreThe apartments are nice size, well maintained, clean. Master bedroom is a little small for a king size bed. I would recommend a smaller one. I love the walk-in closets in all the bedrooms and the extra storage spaces throughout the apartment. There is onsite a pool, play ground, sand volley ball area and fitness center for residents to use. Also has several picnic tables and grills throughout the grounds. Its usually quite and no one bothers us. Water & trash are paid. Walking distance to Wal Mart. So far we like it here.
Description of Work: After submitting a rental application it took 2 weeks for us to hear back from them. That was only because the final approval lady was out for a week. Overall the staff we met was very helpful and nice. I would recommend dealing with Chelsea.
