The apartments are nice size, well maintained, clean. Master bedroom is a little small for a king size bed. I would recommend a smaller one. I love the walk-in closets in all the bedrooms and the extra storage spaces throughout the apartment. There is onsite a pool, play ground, sand volley ball area and fitness center for residents to use. Also has several picnic tables and grills throughout the grounds. Its usually quite and no one bothers us. Water & trash are paid. Walking distance to Wal Mart. So far we like it here.
