I finally had to purchase all of the equipment and perform the installation myself.
These guys have a good local reputation and I understand that they have done good work for others.
My experience was that you cannot get them to call you back if they are already busy on another job.

Explanation of product and service was excellent, installation was excellent, quality of parts is superior to other brands, and almost two years later, system functions flawlessly.
