They came out in person to give me an estimate within 24 hours. They followed up with texts/calls letting me know I was still scheduled with them. They provided written tips for packing. On the day of the move, they were all very polite and worked quickly. There was a mixup about the day of delivery to the new house, but they worked it out in less than 5 minutes. A couple of days after the move, while still unpacking, I realized my weighted blanket was missing and called to ask if one of the men had mistook it for one of their furniture wrapping blankets. They called back very quickly and had located my blanket. They were going to pay to ship it to me, but I happened to be back in Wichita Falls, so they personally delivered it to me that day. This is a very professional organization, and I recommend them to anyone. They were fantastic to work with.
