Auto Service
All last summer I had issues with my air conditioner working for a few days then blowing hot air. I took it into this shop about 10 times to have it fixed. After the last visit the weather turned cool and I didn't need to use the Air conditioner any more. This summer when it began to get hot. I had the same issue. I called the shop and they told me to bring it in again. I said that I would rather not spend another summer in the heat, repeatedly returning to their shop. I just wanted a refund. The shop owner told me that it was too long of a time frame for a refund. I took the car to another shop in town where they fixed the issue the first time and told me that it looked like no work was really done on the AC in my car. I will not be using Reliable Auto again.
