2 day turn around so far so good. Have not put a lot of miles on it yet. Have a year warrenty or 12000 miles.

After the fluid and filter change the transmission works better for a few days. Unfortunately the transmission began slipping again and, rather than sink a lot if money into an older car, I decided to buy a newer car. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Reid's Transmissions. I will be taking my new car there soon to have the fluid and filter changed. I hope to avoid these types of problems in the future.

My transmission went out in Clarendon, Tx. I towed it home to Wichita Falls, then took it to Reid's Transmission Mon. morning. The owner said it would be done by Wed. He called me Tues. morning and told me the planetary had gone out due to lack of fliud or poor circulation. He made the repair and got me back on the as he said he would. Thanks Reid's Transmission and technicians for an efficient and quality job..

Took a total of 5 days, 2 of which were the weekend to get vehicle seen and repaired. Called daily to check status. Would appear that a recent change in ownership may make a change to the customer service levels they were known for. They did manage to break an unrelated part during service. ( Driver side door handle mechanism). Based on length of service time and additional damage, I will have reservations recommending this shop.
