We toured the home in June 2013 when the home was built but not yet finished. We negotiated with Wachsman for a completion date of August 1st (slightly less than two months later) which they met with one small exception. The landscaping was not yet complete due to issues with the weather and water (or lack thereof). Wachsman put up $15,000 in escrow without any fuss to satisfy the bank and close on time while they finished the landscaping a week later. Thus far we are very happy with our purchase and our experience with RJ Wachsman.
