very bad service and poor management response to many chiefs not enough Indians.

The service is fine as long as it is running, but the company will make you wait weeks if their equipment breaks. We had very few outages, but lost it for several days in mid-March. I contacted the company for help on a Tuesday and they said they could come on Friday. All other providers I have used have been much quicker than that.

So on that Friday, I asked for a more specific time they would be coming to correct the issue to ensure that someone would be home. They responded and said there was no way they could do it until the next week.  They first knew of the issue that Monday and had promised on Wednesday to fix it. So they were OK with one of their customers being without service for more than a week.

A second owner of the company then tried to make up for it by promising to come that night at 6:30 and to give us credit for our inconvenience. We changed our plans for that evening so that one of us would be home at 6:30. No one from Pinnacle ever showed up to our house. We had basically wasted all day waiting for them.

We never heard from them.  Then on the following Tuesday we returned home to find that they had removed their equipment from the outside of our house while no one was home. They then sent a threatening e-mail saying they were going to bill us for the equipment that was inside the house that they couldn't get. They had never made any attempt to contact us to see if anyone had been home. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or trying to make it right, they just cancelled our service and continue to try to bill us for equipment that is still inside the house that they have not ever tried to retrieve.
