No complaints at all. The service manager contacted me several times by phone to make sure the extra work is granted in advance and kept me up to date about the additional costs.
The 100.000 miles maintenance was done without any complaints. A total car check was done and I am aware of upcoming repairs resp. exchanges (e.g. one or the front tires will reach minimum profile in the very near future).

Dealt with them over a weekend trying to find the right used car at the right price. Things were progressing until the car we wanted sold out from under us. That and they would not budge on the "wholesale" value they wanted to offer me for my trade in. My research revealed dealers go by wholesale value when taking trade in's and use what is called Black Book instead of Kelly Blue Book or NADA values.
While the sales person was professional and told us in a cery straightforward manner what was happening (confirming the research I did on my own), the sales manager was overheard talking to the wholesaler on the phone stating "these people think I am crazy".
Not only was I offended by this comment, its entirely unprofessional of the management. The trade in value was the rough value, which my trade in vehicle is not. Additionally, the cut down my trade in value the sales manager made up estimated values to decrease the wholesale value of my vehicle.
I will not return to Pattersons with a trade in offer.
