Monte's Tree Service

I called on Friday and he returned my call on the next business day which was Monday. He came out that day and gave me an estimate. He came back on Wednesday and removed the tree with the help of his assistant. He then used a stump grinder so the grass could grow back in where the tree had been. They cleaned up all of the debris and took it with them. I am very pleased with the service. It was fast and professional.

They completed the job exactly as they said...no more no less. Which was both good and bad. Good because I got exactly what I paid for. Bad because I had 2 pear trees that needed trimmed and a small pile of previously trimmed branches that needed removal. They never suggested doing the extra work either as part of the estimate or for an additional amount.

I called him on Monday, he came out on Tuesday to give me an estimate of $250, well below anyone else that even bothered to come out, so I hired him on the spot. He said he could start Thursday or Friday. He showed up late Thursday morning and had the tree down, shredded, and cleaned up in about an hour. He agreed that I not pay him untill the stump was removed. He came back later that day and ground the stump and filled the hole with mulch.

They did a really good job and cleaned up well when they were finished.

Monte was Johnny on the spot and did a very professional job. He came out the same day I called for an estimate and then came back within three days after I accepted his bid. He did an outstanding job in removing the two trees and cleaning up the debris. I would definitely use him again on any tree work that needed to be done.

I heard Monte's Tree Service out front cutting trees around 10 a.m. Rang our doorbell about 11 a.m. to ask if front trees were trimmed to our specifications. Two man crew had trimmed large amount of branches, had mulched and raked debris. Yard was spotless. They then moved to the backyard and trimmed the Mulberry tree. They were careful in moving my yard decorations out of the way and avoiding the chickens who populate our yard. Again, cleaned up and left yard as it was found.
