I called here right after getting a horrible haircut at Marsa's Salon, hoping Mode could help before I started my new job three days later. The woman at the front was great - really friendly and understanding, and scheduled me right away for a cut with Tommy.
Tommy was just awesome! He took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted and what would/would not be possible given the damage done at Marsa's. His clear passion for hairdressing came out not only in his conversation (e.g. giving tips on how to keep my hair healthy and why certain cutting techniques worked) but also in the results; my cut was exactly what I wanted! What a godsend after my previous horrible haircut experience!

I was greated as I walked in the door I didn't even sit down because Mandy come straight to greet me as soon as she was informed I was there. She introduced herself thanked me for coming in, sat me down to begin. She is very informative she knows what she is doing! She asked detailed questions to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. As she took the steps she informed me before she did it. Explained products and why certain products worked for different reasons. She was extremely gentle while waxing. A 5 min scalp message and hand treatment is included in the price of a cut and shampoo. I have never been offered these services let alone not have to pay extra for them. She answered all my questions she didn't socialize with any others besides me which I was extremely happy she made me feel like I was her only priority!! I have been to too many saloons as my husband is military and we are always moving and Mandy is by far the best stylist I've ever come across!! I highly recommend her for all your beauty needs!! This is also my first time wetting a review for anything and I will continue to write them for her as I feel she is the best in Texas!! My hair was externally dry and damaged and I had lost hope but she has me feeling unstoppable!! Give her a try you won't be sorry!!

I was looking for someone new to cut my hair. My daughter suggested Mode. I called for a same day appointment and was able to book with Mandy. When I arrived the receptionist was Awesome. I was early and she made me feel right at home!!! Mandy did a terrific job on my hair and eye brows. I will certainly be returning.

They were really sweet as soon as I walked in the door. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I got my color done and a haircut and was completely happy with it! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I needed to get my hair done and they got me in the next day! They were kind and professional. I noticed their kindness to kids who had to wait for parents, too.
