Animal Grooming
We have been taking our dogs to margots for years. They are extremely over priced but I thought they actually took care of my dog. For the first time in 2 years it was time to take my dog back since we don't live in country anymore and needed him cleaned up for indoor living again. I called for an appointment and it was set up for 3 weeks out which is always their normal wait. My husband drove the 20 miles to get our dog there and he was turned away stating they had no appointment. When I called and spoke with staff and owner they all treated me like it was my mistake and the owner wanted me to send her proof from my call log that I actually called. The owner offered no apology and refused to compensate us for our time and gas resulting from their error. My dog has left them in the past with injuries that they pointed out to me stating he came in that way but he was actually fine when we dropped him off. It should also be noted they are not members of BBB and from the way they treated me and the prior reviews they wouldn't be able to get BBB accredited.
