Jackson's Home Improvements

Went very well and final appearance was completely unable to determine the changes had been made.

HORRIBLY!! My recently widowed mother in law was trying to improve her home and happened to choose this loser. Mr. Jackson sent over a crew that consisted of what looked to be drug addicts. The first day they measured wrong and the roof was too short. It came a bad storm that night and the room was flooded. The next morning they showed up and tore off the roof that they put on the day before. My mother in law was then made to buy more material to correct their mistake. They reroofed the back room and laundry room. My sister in law and her husband were very unhappy with their work. Nothing was repaired from the flood and the roof was put on without repairing the damage in the ceiling. One worker told my sister in law that though he was not a licensed electrician he would be repairing the breaker box and it was going to cost $100 extra. My sister in law told him that her husband was doing that repair himself. Upon hearing this, the worker informed her that whether he fixed the box or not it was going to cost $100 extra. The back room was from the home and my brother in law and husband had to go around the outside of the house to get in the room. When confronted on this issue the druggie workers had their girlfriends in the home and were laying on the floor. These workers were told to vacate the premises that their work was unacceptable. Their was a major confrontation that ended with Mr. Jackson returning to the home with the police. Upon realizing it was a civil issue the police told Mr. Jackson to load his tools and leave the property. Not only did they scare an old woman, they did a terrible job and tried to take the materials that my mother in law purchased. None of the remainder of the work they were hired to do was touched.

Bobby was fantastic, got the work done quick and cleaned up his mess and very well priced.
