Appointment was made. Contractor had to delay his start by one day, but called 48 hours prior to the appointment to change the date of installation. Installation was done quickly and professionally.
Workers showed up and said that they would have all work done in 3 hrs. I couldn't stay and supervise so I went back to work. Came back home a few hours later to find all of my gutters had been removed but not replaced. No big deal, however, they left around 100 screws and random trash all over my patio, entry way, and most importantly my driveway. No effort whatsoever was put into cleaning up the jobsite afterwards. I called my roofing contractor that was using Gutters and Covers as their subcontractor on my job to tell him that they left the job unfinished and about the trash left behind. He said he would speak to their foreman and make sure it got taken care of. The next day Gutters and Covers came back out to install the new gutters. I spoke to the workers about the gutters and the mess that they left behind. He responded with a and quot;we'll clean it up todayand quot;. I said ok, and left again. When I came home, none of the screws and trash had been picked up and in fact, this time they left cigarette butts all over my yard and driveway. Worker apparently just blew me off. Later that night, the roofing contractor came by the house and noticed that they had not cleaned up after themselves after he spoke directly to their owner/operator. He also noticed some spots where they did a shoddy job on the gutters. He took pictures and had his roofing crew come back to clean up after the Gutters and Covers workers. I would absolutely not recommend Gutters and Covers nor would I use them again.
