I called a well known company to come out and look at my A/C because it was freezing up. After being charged $250 for them to scare me into believing I needed a whole new unit, I decided to get a second opinion. I'm so glad I did and I'm so glad I found Doug Evans. He showed up when expected and took care of the problem quickly and for a very reasonable price. I feel like he genuinely cared about my a/c problem and getting it fixed. If you're looking for an honest, dependable and affordably priced heating and a/c repairman, he's your guy!

He showed up at the appointed time, and quickly troubleshot my AC system.  He determined the thermostat had gone bad.  I asked him to replaced my outdated manual thermostat with a programmable one. He had the system upgraded and running in no time.

The service was timely, fast, and affordable.

He has done our heating and ac for maybe the past 5-6 years. We have always been real happy. He always arrives on time. He is very professional. He is just a really good guy. He doesn't overcharge and seems genuinely concerned with how things are going.

Our Air conditioner quit cooling. I called Doug and he interrupted his very busy schedule to come look at our unit. He promptly fixed the unit and didn't charge us anything. He has done this several times before, along with repairing the unit and replacing faulty parts for a very reasonable price. When we have to replace the entire system later this year, I won't even consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend this Man.

We use this company all the time and would never rely on any other company for our heating and air conditioning. This man is really wonderful. He is always willing to come out when we have problems with no questions asked. His prices are the best as well. He always explains things in full and many times he does do service courtesy calls at no charge depending on the situation. We have had him as our service provider for more than 15 years now and he is the best in town. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair price for their services. No need to worry about being overcharged either because he is an honest man.

I called this contractor for a/c not cooling properly. He arrived promptly, and while talking to him, he told me this was a courtesy call and there would be NO CHARGE. He determined that the condensing unit was old and weal[ I suspected as much,it is 30 years old]. I asked how much to replace it. and he said he would prepare a bid for me. Next morning,as I was not home, he left it on my door. there was no pressure at all. I appreciated that. After investigating, I called him three days later,and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction so I scheduled an appointment two days later to replace the unit. He arrived promptly, installed the new unit quickly, cleaned up all residue and ran unit to check its operation before he left. His bill was exactly what he bid. I am totally satisfied with his service, price and attitude.

I couldn't have been more pleased. I was out of town and my wife had to make all the phone calls and get the quotes. From the beginning her experience with Doug was superior to the others. He was always timely, thorough and patient with her. He delivered exactly what he said he would in the time and manner described. A follow up call was promptly received and responded to.
