Dillard Electric, LLC

Mr. Dillard went through the house carefully, located the problem and took a good deal of time to explain the issues and our options.  Options included replacing the main breaker box or doing a number of smaller things as workarounds needing eventual replacing.

We opted for the new breaker box.  We were told he would get it into his schedule within a week. 

He came exactly when promised.  He works alone, is careful and deliberate, and his wiring is neat and organized.  He explains things well and is clearly very comfortable with the things one finds in older houses.

His invoice is clear and complete, and was on the low end of the price range given to us.

It went well. Most of the time it was just him but  he did have a helper when he came to our house. The work was done promptly. He knows what he is doing that is what stood out the most.

He was extremely courteous and professional. He charged less than quoted because it didn't take the estimated time.   I would use the company again.

Jeff Dillard was prompt in his arrival and very punctual. He was able to give an estimate for the work we needed done right down to the penny and gave details as to where each cost came from. After putting up a small deposit to secure his services, Mr. Dillard completed his part of the blueprint plans that were required by the city for our occupancy permit. We scheduled a date for him to come do the work and he and his assistant showed up right on time. They worked very diligently and were very careful as to not knock anything off our store shelves in the process. Me. Dillard was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He did his best to save us as much money as he could. I was most impressed to see them vacuum their mess up before they left! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical services completed.
