My old kitty started having seizures. He was over 17 years old and there was only that horrible choice left. I had called the vet earlier in the day explaining what I had to do and was told that services on weekends were walk ins. I brought my fur baby in and waited, there were several cars there, and all but one customer were in the back treatment rooms. I waited for all them to leave. I had my Winston in my arms, cuddled up in a throw, as he continued to have seizures and loosing control of his bladder. I sat in the lobby, crying for an hour and a half, as this office skipped over me taking in customers that came in after I did. It would have been understandable had their issues been emergent but they weren’t. Things became worse with me witnessing this vet’s employees trash talk a customer behind their backs, treat the same customer like garbage to her face, doing this all in the main lobby, for everyone to hear, without fear of reprisals. I had been a customer, in this office, for years. I was so traumatized and disgusted by this treatment that I will no longer use or recommend this Vet.

Got in quickly, and the staff was pleasant. The Vet decided to go the low tech, relatively low cost way first (a shot for N/V(. I agreed and we were in and out quickly.

I have had my little yorkie for thirteen and a half years and they took care of her. I had excellent service and they had to put her down in March. The woman that had been her doctor, it was her day off but she had to come in. I had to wait for about forty minutes and she said when she was crying that she is not going to let me go through this by myself- Dr. Sophie Meyer. I don't have a dog at the moment but if I did, I would use them again.

They were just professional and they seem to really handle the animals well. They are nice and extremely friendly. They are not the cheapest but worth for the service that  you get I think they are very reasonable.

It went horrible. My dog was highly sick and I needed someone to see my dog no matter what cost and I heard this vet did calls to some dogs who weren't their patients. We called and the vet refused to help us out. I think if your going to take on job caring for animals you need to care for all animals! My little puppy didn't end up making it. I would've paid extra or did anything but I guess our dog wasn't worth taking the time out to help. I can't recommend this vet or any other vet in Wichita Falls. I will choose my vet very wisely the next time. No vet should refuse help to dog.

Our eldest dog, nearing 12 years, had surgery on two tumors. Both were removed successfully. Everyone at Colonial Park Veterinary Hospital were wonderful to work with. They showed compassion as if she were their pet. They have always taken care of our pets and will continue to be our choice. No matter the time of day, someone has been there for us.

Dr. Bomar was amazing.  Completely selfless to come over to a different vets office and help out with a surgery.  No bill later showed up at our house for his services, he just came over because our vet needed help and it was the right thing to do.  Highly recommend Dr. Bomar for any vet services that you are seeking.  He was amazing and his staff was also super friendly and nice.  Looking forward to working with him again.

I've met 3 different vets and all seem to be very competent. Dr. Wurster seems to have the most compassion for both the family and the pets. I also appreciated his very matter-of-fact approach to explaining the options with the dog we rescued.

I use them all the time. They have always been very friendly and professional.

They have performed several services for us on various pets. They are always professional, courteous and caring.

These guys are great! This visit was because some jerk (unknown) thought it would be funny to shoot my son's Border Collie in the hind quarters with a pellet gun. We took him in and even thought we did have to wait a while because of an emergency surgury on someone elses pet. that took the time to check him out and make sure he had no permanent injuries. They took the time and taught my son how to care for his dog's wound. This was not our first and will surely not be our last trip to this clinic. they are always caring and compasionate. Also, they dont try to spend you into oblivion. They take a realistic approch to treating your pet. I strongly recomend them.
