They did what they needed to do. We used them many times. We used them for years anhd for most everything they do they;ve done well. We also moved our laundry room once upon a time which they facilitated. There had been a couple of times when they've come out for small things that we wondered might have been done a little bit differently.

It was done in pieces. They had to move water lines and gas lines. They have a lot of employees. The more experienced employees, the better they are. I know the owner of the company and when you got him involved, you get an A when you get somebody that's been hereon the first time they've done a job you get a C.

Friday morning 6am noticed wet carpet. Someone was at my house by 7am to check the hot water heater.  It was leaking so he drained it and turned off the gas - did what needed to be done to stop the water, and make sure we were safe.  I OK a new hot water heater, I believe he said they could be back by 8 or 9, but I ask for later for various reasons.

They were back when scheduled with the new water heater. It was changed out with no problems.

My only negative was I didn't choose the water heater.  A different one was never suggested. I was never ask about use, energy efficiency or one more tailored to my needs/wants.  I absolutely should have done my homework, but I wish especially the size should have been suggested it might not be big enough for our household or maybe one with a quicker recovery.

It certainly works just fine! Do not think I wouldn't hesitate to call them to replace it when needed.

SO! AFTER all was great, we had hot water, and they were gone we flushed the toilet...zero water got to the toilet. Called them back, and they were here.  There was apparently a remodel to our bathroom at sometime and the pipes didn't run where they should have. It did take a couple holes in the wall, but Brian's did find a completely blocked pipe. A marble from somewhere - yes, he took the T-section with the marble in it because it's not something you see everyday. lol

Also, during the toilet fix, an outside faucet was damaged.  It wouldn't turn off. It was drippy already, but really ran steady after flushing the pipes.  The faucet was replaced. It was one of those you have to open the wall to get to the pipe.

I wasn't charged for the early morning hour he was here. I wasn't charged for the toilet pipe repair, or the faucet replacement materials. I wasn't charged the "after hours labor" for that call back, and received a pretty big break on the billed hours for the day.

OMG! A Brian's plumber and helper came to find and fix a leak in a building behind the house. The helper dug around until he broke the main pipe, which then had to be fixed. The helper looked very unhappy to be out working and had a cigarette in his mouth the entire job. I had a hard time understanding the plumber and was shocked when he handed me the $253.80 bill. My girlfriend called and argued the dubious hours billed and they did refund $40.00. Yet, the hole in the yard was haphazardly covered and did not look like a professional job at all. I could go on but will stop here.

It went well. My wife and I picked out the faucets 2 weeks prior, and made the appointment for the instalation on a day I could be home from work. All went according to plan.

The work went as planned and was done on time. It was done for less then expected and the job was done completely.

I called several times for an estimate because they had come highly recommended. Brian never came out for an estimate and I had to get the walk in shower installed because my 90 year old mother could not get in the tub any more. The man who came was rude and hateful. Brian said the man was the best at this type of job. They did not tell me there was a shower that would fit in perfectly after removing the tub. I had bought what I thought was the shower that was needed. The man told Brian that he was going to have to do a lot of carpentry to get the shower installed. He did not mention this to me until after the work was done. He left a mess in my bathroom. The top was showing studs and the tile in the surrounding areas was lying on the floor. Within 2 weeks the walls of the tub had come loose from the studs and my mother was put in danger of falling because of the unsteady wall. I had spent all could afford on a fixed income to get the shower and have it installed. I have done what I can to finish the bathroom but with no knowledge of installing tiles or water proof walls, it is still in pretty bad shape. I wish I had never had this done! The bathroom looks horrible now and I have to get into the shower to help my mother get in without falling. I was told by the man who did the work that I would have to hire another contractor to do the finish work because he didn't do that. Really, really disappointed!

I called at 8:00 in the hope that I could get service sometime during the day. They were there at 8:30 and they were done and out within about 40 minutes. They were very polite and offered to show me the old parts. I have used them previously and most definitely will use them again.

We were having some sewer issues and had raw sewage leaking into our backyard coming from a clean out valve. Brian's cam out and snaked the drain to find out that were never hooked back up to a main line that the city had installed earlier that year. They told us that this was on the city and that they would bill them. Didn't here anything to several months. Then we had some water in the gas line that fed the house and so we called Brian's again to help us with this problem as we were happy with the previous work that they did. Well it took them almost 4 months to get this line in for us. I had to dig the trench and then once they got the line in they failed to even cover it up. Then they realized that they failed to get paid for the previous work on the sewer and stuck us with that bill too!!!! I tried to take that portion to the city but there is a 45 day reporting period for claims against the city. I think that Brian's knew this and that the city reimburses at a lower rate then what Brian's bills. So they wait and then send us this bill. We paid it in full but I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

There was a minor complication to my cleanout that The plumber and apprentice worked out quickly and without damaging existing plumbing. The two were courteous and patient with my concerns. Good troubleshooters and they did not and quot;ride the clock.and quot;!

We called them the 1st time to sort out why we were unable to snake our own line after renting a large powered Auger from A-! Rentals. They diagnosed the problem within about 20 minutes and there were broken sections of pipe. They brought in some equipment and as previously mentioned trenched and replaced the pipe section.
