Billy is an honest business owner.  This is the third time, I've used them and will use them again.  I had him do the 100K maintenance on my car, and I asked him to change out the timing belt because that is about the time it is supposed to be changed out on a passenger car.  Billy said the manual doesn't call for it to be changed...ever.  It sounded weird, but I researched it independently and he was right.  He could have charged me for some work that wasn't done and I would have never known.  The work is always done the same day or the next and the price is right.

They are very good and I am using them from time to time. They fix everything that happens to my car.

I was told by a previous shop, that my car needed a new engine, and it going to cist me 1300 for my repairs. I didn't believe that my car needed a new engine , so I asked if I could tow the car to another shop for 2nd opinion. Billy allowed me to get the car towed To him and he put the cost of the towing in my bill, so I didn't have to pay anything up front. Billy found the problem, and it was not my engine.

It is a small business, one owner and local. He is excellent. The service was much better than the local air conditioning specialists. It was done the same day. He is very knowledgeable about his business and what he does. He is very fair, very honest and very quick.

I had a rollover accident on icy roads. I had driven 4 hours and truck was on side for approx. 3 hours. My main concern was the engine and fluids mixing. Billy checked the engine...AND fixed a blowout, replaced broken tail light, replaced passenger side mirror, had front shattered window replaced, re-inserted rear passenger window that had popped out, etc.

I had told Billy I wanted it street legal. I love the truck! duh. It has 195,000+ miles. I'm not near ready to replace it and other than scratches and a pretty big dent on front quarter panel, there wasn't a lot of body damage. Billy did exactly what I wanted keeping me informed of everything. He had the truck only one week. The truck drives better than it did before the accident!

I had taken the truck there only for the engine. Billy's is not an auto body shop. They went well above and beyond service wise!

Prior to the accident a big name car wash had told me I needed a new fuel filter. You know how they find stuff when you take in your vehicle for oil change and wash. I had been having some trouble starting the truck. I found Billy's on Angie's list and with a 2nd recommendation from a friend I took the truck there. I told Billy what I had been experiencing and that I thought it might need a new fuel filter. He called that afternoon explaining it wasn't the filter that did not need to be replaced, and could he keep it overnight. The next day he found and replaced a fuel sensor. Cost around $100.

Fixed the problem and was very professional and price friendly

Made an appointment for the day of service and everything was completed that day. I received a call in the mid morning explaining what was found and the repair options and prices were given. No issues.

Based on my description of a knocking sound up front, they estimated about $200 to replace the front axle. They found it was only a ball bearing and only charged $70. Service was prompt and honest. I'll definitely be back.

I had noticed the axle boot on my Nissan Murano had broken and axle grease was splattered everywhere under my vehicle. Took the day off of work and took it Billy's Auto Repair shop. I did not have an appointment, but they went ahead and fixed my vehicle for me. The part was ordered and quickly delivered and immediately went to work. It only took about a hour to complete the job and take it for a test drive. Also the mechanic cleaned up all the axle grease from under the car. The service was of excellent quality and done quickly. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty and their labor is covered for a year. Labor is very fairly priced and the total was exactly what he quoted me. It would have cost at least 3 times as much at the dealer. I highly recommend this shop for your auto repairs. Be sure to call ahead and schedule an appointment. Also they are not open on the weekends.

Most recent experience - Billy's Auto repaired my air conditioner this summer (2011) in one visit. Last summer a different repair shop charged me over $1000 to repair my a/c and they never repaired my a/c (even after multiple visits). This other repair shop took credit cards and Billy's didn't. Lesson I learned - just go to Billy's to get the job done correctly and honestly.
