Several days later, AAA Foundation Repair (a sister company/crew came out to do the work). The crew excavated 7 of the holes on Thursday and the rest on Friday. Foreman, Nathan, did a great job of explaining the process and let me be around and take as many pictures/videos of the work as I wanted. He was calm, got after his crew as he needed to and communicated certain parts of the process to me as I asked. The crew was quite skilled and needed little direction from Nathan. When I noticed something I thought was an issue, Nathan addressed it with the crew immediately. The crew installed Concrete piers under my slab foundation. 13 total (9-soil and 4-concrete) in order to lift the house and solve the foundation issue with my house.
Now, I'm just awaiting to receive my transferable lifetime warranty.
