IT WAS DONE RIGHT AND QUICKLY.

They did an excellent job on everything. I have used them over the last 15 years and they have provided excellent service. They are prompt and they have always fixed whatever was wrong without any mistakes.

I called on 10/8/2012, he arrived within the hour. The company charges $90/hr and sent only one young guy. He was very polite, checked that things were running correctly and finished just within an hour. On 10/13/2012, while washing laundry, my sewer backed up again. This time all through out the house, flooded a bathroom, saturated the bedroom carpet, came up in the bathtub and clothes washer. I called and no answer so I left messages. I finally got a response monday around 10am. He appologised for the delay in response and had two guys at my house later that evening. After running more footage through the cleanout and testing everything again, they were finished within 40 to 45 mins. I was then told that he would make out the bill. To my surprise, I was getting charged again! I would have never waited days, nor would I have agreed in advance to paying for a job that should have been done right the first time. Their response was, the ONE guy that was sent out the first time, would have been there another hour if he had ran another few feet of line anyway. I have dealt with this sewer problem for about 7 years now and I have never been charged over $80 for this specific issue. I will not call this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Exceptional professional service. I have used a few other plumbers in town for minor problems. I was nervous when we discovered a huge problem we had. I had heard good things about this company and called them right away. They came out and worked in the pouring cold rain to discover the problem we were having. They came back the next work day and immediately got to work on the repair. The workers were polite, and even though it was raining and muddy outside, you would NEVER know they were in my house. They put down a plastic sheet from my doorway to the bathroom affected. They had to jackhammer the floor to get to the leak...they went as far as to put a towel in the crack at the bottom of the door to keep excessive dust from getting into the hallway. Pricing was fair...I was so impressed with them, I called them about a week later to do additional work...equally impressed the second visit. I hope that I don't have to use them again in the future...but I would not hesitate to call them again if I do!!! Nothing but praise for this company and it's hard working courteous workers and owners!!!

The price consisted of the parts and labor. They have conscientious workers and are very honest. They showed up on time and overall they did good work.
